About the Initiative
The Alberta Rigging Safety Council (ARSC) is emerging from the Creative Sentencing Project, Enhancing Safe Work Practices for Hoisting, Rigging, and Lifting Operations, led through the University of Calgary.
This initiative seeks to reduce serious injuries and fatalities by strengthening rigging, hoisting, and lifting practices across Alberta through collaboration, advocacy, and the advancement of shared standards.
